“Top” Butter Churn Type UOH
Field of application: The dairy industry
Capacity: 1000 – 3200 Liters
Standard Design: The butter churn is designed for making butter from pasteurized cream.
The drum is fabricated from stainless steel (AISI 316), inside sandblasted and outside polished completely.
The drum is driven by a toothed gear motor, regulating the speed by means of a frequency converter. The toothed gear motor is equipped with break either.
The operator can easily control speed regulation from control panel.
The churn is equipped with stainless steel buttermilk valve, air escape valve, sight glass, door for unloading the butter, guard rail and an operating panel (Stainless steel).
The operating panel is including potentiometer for speed regulation, start/stop push buttons and reversing device.
All parts of butter churn are mounted on a stainless steel frame.
